The price increase for premium winter tires was 20 percent over the year

According to data from the National Agency of Industrial Information (NAPI), in July 2025, compared to June, the cost of premium-class passenger tires of all categories increased. The average price of all-season tires increased the most - by 5.9%, to 23.1 thousand rubles, while summer tires became more expensive by 3.8%, to 30.2 thousand rubles, and winter tires - by 0.2%, to 28.1 thousand rubles. 

In comparison with July 2024, winter tires have risen in price the most - by 19.6%, but summer tires remain the most expensive, with their cost increasing by 7.9% over the year.
