Prometeon increases its level of eco-friendliness thanks to new commitments in the field of sustainability

The Prometeon Tyre Group has published its sustainability report for the previous year and announced a series of additional measures to further strengthen its sustainability principles.

Nicola Marchi, Director of Internal Audit and Sustainability at Prometeon Tyre Group, commented: "It is very important for us to continue working on sustainability to ensure a better future for future generations. For this reason, we strive to extend our sustainability to all corporate processes, from management to financial, environmental and social spheres."

The tire manufacturer has implemented a second-party audit program across its entire supply chain through third-party companies. Audit checks on raw material supplies (natural rubber, carbon black, chemicals, etc.) are conducted on an annual basis and ensure compliance with established standards, reducing risks associated with third-party activities.
