Prinx Chengshan introduced new eco-friendly truck tires
On August 21, in Runcheng (Shandong, China), the premiere of new premium-class truck tires under the Prinx brand from Prinx Chengshan took place, which invited journalists and dealers from different countries to the presentation.
Prinx Fuelwise S01 and Prinx Fuelwise D01 truck tires (for steering and driving axles, respectively) were presented, designed for operation during cargo transportation over medium and long distances and belonging to the category of fuel-efficient, i.e., rolling resistance has been reduced to reduce fuel consumption. According to the European classification, the tires received the highest "A" rating for economy, and the manufacturer claims that fuel savings can be up to 8.28% compared to standard products.

To reduce rolling resistance, both the tread pattern and tire structure, as well as the composition of the rubber mixture, have been optimized, and special technologies are also used to reduce wear, including uneven wear. In addition to all this, the inscriptions on the sidewalls are made in a rich black color, just like the Prinx passenger car models.
In Runcheng, a tire condition monitoring system was also demonstrated, which transmits data on loads, thanks to which it is possible to avoid uneven wear, as well as the average tread depth in real-time. The company notes that thanks to Bluetooth 5.0 technology, the signal reception speed has been increased by 15%, and the reliability of the sensor mounting inside the tire has also been improved. In general, the use of such systems is designed to help fleets reduce costs while increasing the level of safety.
