Prinx Chengshan comments on the suspension of the factory in Thailand

Prinx Chengshan Holdings Limited has officially commented on the temporary closure of its factory in Thailand. The company reports that the Thailand Industrial Estate Authority (IEAT), a state-owned enterprise controlled by the country's Ministry of Industry, has issued a notice of temporary suspension of activities of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prinx Chengshan Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

The main reasons for receiving the suspension notice, as explained by Prinx Chengshan, were “alleged violations of Thailand's industrial waste disposal regulations in the packaging of technical carbon, as well as the expectation of acceptance by the waste emission inspection of the extended production line””.
