Goodyear Premium Warranty from 01.09.2013 to 31.12.2014

The PREMIUM WARRANTY for Goodyear tires is an addition to the standard warranty terms. When purchasing passenger tires of the Goodyear brand at one of the tire service centers, the right to participate in the "PREMIUM WARRANTY GOODYEAR" program, hereinafter referred to as the "Program", is provided for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.

In case of unintentional damage to the tire, the Consumer has the right to contact Mosavtoshina, where they GUARANTEE one free repair or one free replacement with a new one for each purchased tire in case of irreparability, in accordance with the terms of the Program.

The Program is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase of the tires and applies to:

Terms of provision of PREMIUM WARRANTY GOODYEAR:

− when buying from 2 tires;
− on tires with a remaining tread depth of at least 4 mm.

Within the framework of the PREMIUM WARRANTY GOODYEAR program, the tire service center, hereinafter referred to as the tire center, undertakes to perform one free repair (in case of repairability) or one free replacement (in case of irreparability) for each purchased Goodyear tire in case of operational damage to the tire, including punctures, cuts, tears, and sidewall bulging, except for cases where the damage is intentional (acts of vandalism by the buyer or third parties).

The PREMIUM WARRANTY GOODYEAR program does not include cases of tire damage resulting from repair, installation, as well as cases related to the peculiarities of operation, which include: uneven tire wear, wear caused by driving style, road surface characteristics, superficial cosmetic damage that does not lead to loss of operational properties, etc. The warranty does not apply to tires that have been previously repaired or replaced under the terms of the Program. Cases of stud loss and/or increased noise level are not warranty cases.

The buyer submits the damaged tire to the tire center where the tire was purchased, provides a warranty certificate with the stamp of the tire center, a commodity or cash receipt with the obligatory indication of the product name (a commodity receipt - for legal entities).

The personnel of the tire center conduct an examination and make a conclusion about the possibility of repairing or replacing the damaged tire with a tire of the same model and size. The tire center is obliged to provide a tire for replacement under warranty within a reasonable time, but not more than 90 days.

After repair or replacement, the buyer is issued a copy of the Warranty Service Act and the original Order.
