Porsche 911 GT3 RS completes a lap on the Nordschleife on Michelin Pilot Cup 2 R tires

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS completed a lap of the 20.8-kilometer Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in just 6:49.328 minutes on Michelin Pilot Cup 2 R tires.

The motorsport-oriented Porsche can now be equipped with ultra-high-performance Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires as a factory options. Working in tandem with the car's extensive aerodynamic package, the new tire structure provides the 911 GT3 RS with high-speed cornering stability.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS used for the Nürburgring Nordschleife lap had 275/35ZR20 (102Y) XL tires on the front axle and 335/30ZR21 (109Y) XL on the rear.
