Under the Wideway brand, new winter tires are being released

The Chinese company Shandong Wideway Tire has started sales of the new model Wideway Winterway A/T, which is positioned as a winter off-road tire and is designed to provide high traction both on roads and in deep snow or mud.

The Winterway A/T features an aggressive tread pattern, which, thanks to transverse channels with increased width and numerous lamellae, increases the traction force in winter conditions, and the tires are also suitable for studding, enhancing grip on icy surfaces. In addition, the tread depth and void ratio have been optimized to ensure that the tires not only provide good off-road capability but also guarantee optimal handling on asphalt, and a special recipe allows the rubber compound to retain elasticity at low temperatures, stabilizing traction in cold weather.

The tires are offered in 10 sizes from LT265/70R17 to LT285/65R18 and belong to the POR (Professional Off-Road) category, meaning they do not need to receive Euro-marking ratings. In all sizes, the tires have raised white lettering on the sidewalls.
