Pirelli opens Digital Solution Center in Italy

Tire manufacturer Pirelli has opened its first development center focused on digital innovation - the Pirelli Digital Solutions Center in Bari, Italy.

The center, which was first announced in May 2022, is now fully operational and will be dedicated to digital innovation and enhancing internal skills in strategic areas of the company. 10 Pirelli employees are already working at the center developing software and algorithms for advanced tire planning, production, and marketing processes under the Pirelli brand, and by 2025, it is planned that at least 50 people will be working at the center.
