Pirelli updates the Scorpion Enduro and e-MTB range
The company aims to update its range of bicycles, focusing on enduro bicycles with longer trips, as well as electric motorcycles.
Scorpion Enduro and Scorpion e-MTB currently include three different tread patterns: S (soft terrain), R (rear specific) and M (mixed terrain).
The M tread has been completely revamped and now features a new lug arrangement and a new aggressive profile. The updated Scorpion Enduro M and Scorpion e-MTB M models are designed as true all-rounders, intended for those who use MTB for long mountain trips and racing.
Both new M models also feature the new Pirelli SmartGrip Gravity tire compound, developed taking into account Pirelli's experience in motorsport. In the new material mix, chemical grip, smoothness and tear resistance remain at a high level, but the static stiffness value has been reduced to increase the tire's ability to adapt to the terrain.
The MTB range also updates the casing combinations of existing models and compounds. The Scorpion Enduro range is available not only in the HardWall version, but also in the lighter and more comfortable ProWall.
