Another Kumho plant will be built on the proceeds from the sale of bonds
The company Kumho Tire intends to finance the construction of a new tire production factory in the state of Georgia (USA). The funds for this task will be raised through the sale of bonds.
Recall that the production facilities of the new plant will occupy approximately 92.9 thousand square meters and will be built in the city of Macon, Georgia. The local press is already actively reporting that to raise funds, the industrialists plan to issue corporate bonds worth around six hundred million dollars.
The bond issue is scheduled for December. According to the released information, Kumho will sell about half of the total volume of bonds issued to finance such a large-scale project.
These bonds will be guaranteed, so buyers will be protected from various unexpected events. The funds raised from the sale will be spent on the construction and equipment of a modern tire plant. The remaining bonds will be sold to replenish the company's working capital.
