About the Serbian Toyo Tires Factory

Over the two years since the opening of its new plant in Serbia, Toyo Tire Corporation has assessed it as "extremely cost competitive". 

Tire maker completed the installation of manufacturing equipment at the site in December 2023, and while in its Integrated Report 2024 the company states there are still "many obstacles" before the plant can "start a vertical takeoff to full-scale operation", it expects the fully fledged production systems to be launched by the end of the current business year.
