New Firestone racing tires will be presented at the "Indianapolis 500"

As part of its partnership with Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Penske and Shell, Bridgestone will supply tires using ISCC PLUS-certified recycled butadiene for the NTT IndyCar Series Indianapolis 500 race. 

This monomer, produced from difficult-to-recycle used plastic, including shopping bags and other types of flexible polymer packaging, was developed in collaboration with Shell and is used in the synthetic rubber of the Firestone Firehawk racing tires to be used at the Indianapolis 500 race.
