New bus tire from Prometeon

Prometeon Tyre Group has introduced the latest addition to its range - a next-generation bus tire designed to enhance passenger transport efficiency and suitability for electric and hybrid vehicles.

The C02 Coach line, which will be available in multi-axle versions 315/80R22.5 and 295/80R22.5, as well as in a steer version 295/80, is set to be launched in the second half of 2025, according to the company. Prometeon describes the C02 Coach line as a "significant development in commercial vehicle tires, as the transportation industry continues its shift towards electrification".
