Norvestor acquires commercial tire distributor Colmec Group

Norvestor has acquired a majority stake in Colmec Group, a distributor of truck tires. Norvestor was founded in the 1960s by the Ekkerström family, who until recently led the company. Peter Ekkerström, who stepped down as CEO at the beginning of 2022, and his family will remain minority shareholders after the company's management decided to bring in a new majority owner to take the company to the next stage of development.
