The matte black surfaces combine well with the polished steel spokes, giving the vehicle an energetic and sporty look. The strict and unique forms embody the latest trends in European wheel design. At the same time, the Experts of the North have tried to convey the reflections of the Northern Lights of Lapland in the Vianor wheel spokes, combining calmness and reliability with dynamism and 21st-century cosmic speeds. At present, the Vianor network offers rims in sizes 15" to 19", which fit more than 25 of the most popular car brands. By 2010, the number of models is planned to be increased to twelve, making Vianor rims suitable for 45 cars, the most common on the Russian market. Vianor rims are designed for use in harsh Russian road conditions. Even at the design stage, as 3D models, all rims have undergone virtual testing and checks. During production, to control quality, the rims undergo numerous tests: X-ray radiation, hydro tests, imbalance and runout checks, impact tests for wear resistance, and chemical spectral analysis. The geometry of the rims is controlled using special laser equipment. Among the tests are checks for interaction with salt and other chemicals used to treat icy roads in winter. The rims are also tested at the molecular level using a special microscope. In the production of Vianor rims, low-pressure casting technology is used, which allows for better uniformity of the alloy, significantly reduces imbalance, and increases the strength of the rim. Thermal treatment of the wheel increases its operational strength and durability. The use of automatic painting lines allows for more even application of the paint coating to the surface of the product, improving its corrosion and wear resistance. Vianor rims are made from primary aluminum of the premium brand from the world's leading supplier, Dubai Aluminium Company. The multi-layer packaging of the rims deserves special attention, as it prevents transportation damage. For the production of Vianor rims, one of the world's leading manufacturers of light alloy wheels, Wanfeng Auto Wheel Co.Ltd. (Shanghai), was chosen.
