How much have tire prices changed over the year

According todataaccording to the NAPI agency, over the year from August 2025 to August 2026, the average price of premium summer tires for passenger cars on the Russian market increased by 7.5%, reaching 31,000 rubles. Premium winter tires rose in price by 6.6%, to 29,400 rubles, while all-season tires became 2.1% cheaper, falling to 21,400 rubles.

In the non-premium segment, summer tyre prices dropped by 6.2% to 9,600 rubles, while winter tyres became 7.4% more expensive, with an average cost of 10,000 rubles. All-season tyres, on the contrary, increased in price by 8.2% to 13,400 rubles.
