On June 9, the international exhibition The Tire Cologne started in Cologne, one of the participants of which was the Chinese company Prinx Chengshan, which presented products under its four brands: Austone, Chengshan, Fortune and Prinx. The main event was the official premiere of truck tires under the Prinx brand, timed to coincide with the company's 50th anniversary.

The first three lines of tires to be released on the market have been named Xelera EcoLine, EcoRoute and Route, and are designed for long-haul and regional transportation. In the future, it is planned to expand the range and add tires for mixed operating conditions, city and intercity buses, as well as winter models, in order to "cover all areas of application and meet the needs of European customers".

The tires have been developed using a number of new technologies and are distinguished, among other things, by reduced rolling resistance, which reduces fuel consumption, as well as increased wear resistance, which also helps to reduce fleet expenses. In addition, an agreement has been signed on strategic partnership with the company Marangoni, which produces materials for tire retreading.

"Since the release of Prinx passenger tires on the European market in 2023, the brand has not only quickly expanded its product line, but also rapidly transformed into a promising tire brand, effectively adapting to the requirements of local consumers," the company noted. "At the same time, thanks to such initiatives as the update of the slogan (Future Ready Tires) and the sponsorship agreement with the European Truck Racing Championship, the brand continues to comprehensively strengthen its image".

Prinx Chengshan produces tires at plants in China and Thailand, and a production site is currently being built in Malaysia.
