Construction of Doublestar joint venture tire plant begins in Algeria

Last Sunday, Doublestar Group Chairman Chai Yongsen attended a ceremony marking the official start of construction on the Chinese firm's joint venture factory in Algeria.

Along with Dilmie Wardi, general manager of El Hadj Larbi Pneumatiques, Chai laid the foundation stone for the Hadj Larbi Industry tire plant in the presence of local dignitaries, including the chairman of the Algerian Investment Agency and the governor of the Algerian province of Oran.
