New labeling has appeared on Giti tires

In the European division of Giti, it was reported that all Giti GitiSport S2 and GitiSynergy H2 tires in sizes with a diameter from 16 to 21 inches will have the AdvanZtech EV Ready marking on the sidewalls, which indicates that they are optimally suited for use on both internal combustion engine vehicles and hybrids and electric vehicles.

As part of its strategy, Giti has decided not to release special tires for electric vehicles, but to adapt already available models to the characteristics of electric traction transport, while AdvanZtech is the technology that makes it possible to perform this task. For example, both GitiSport S2 and GitiSynergy H2 are distinguished by low rolling resistance, which increases the range of electric vehicles, while the grip on a wet surface, as emphasized by Giti, remains at the same level, and the tires also provide an improved level of comfort, including acoustic. The project was implemented under the guidance of employees of the company's research center in Hanover, Germany.

According to Fabio Pecci-Boriani, Deputy General Manager of the European division of Giti, tires with the new marking can be operated on vehicles with power units of all types, which, in particular, simplifies inventory management in trading companies.

"What's important is that such tires are also an integral part of our overall strategy to create increasingly eco-friendly products," he added.
