Modern Tyres buys BestDrive Ireland

Modern Tyres and Continental Tyres have agreed on the acquisition by Modern Tyres of BestDrive Ireland, a leading Irish tyre specialist.

Modern Tyres, a family-owned business with over 60 years of experience, operates an extensive network of retail outlets across the country. With the addition of the new 33 locations (all in the Republic of Ireland), Modern Tyres' total number of locations on the island of Ireland has increased to 75. Further details, including the investment volume associated with the agreement, are not disclosed.
