Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is equipped with Yokohama tires

Yokohama Rubber has been chosen by Mitsubishi as a supplier of tires for the original equipment of the updated mid-size SUV Pajero Sport, which was presented in Thailand in March 2024. 

The Pajero Sport is equipped with universal tires Yokohama Geolandar G94 in size 265/60 R18, designed for use on various types of surfaces. The rubber compound and tread pattern have been optimized to increase tire life in harsh conditions, and the manufacturer adds that the tires are also characterized by reduced noise and rolling resistance, as well as providing optimal handling. 

In line with its three-year development plan (YX2026), Yokohama is working to increase the share of high-value-added tires in its sales structure. As part of this strategy, the company is expanding supplies of tires from the ADVAN and Geolandar lines in the original equipment sector.
