Michelin releases Road 6 and Road 6 GT tires

The Michelin company has released the Road 6 tire line, designed for roadsters, trail bikes, sports bikes, and GT motorcycles. In addition to the standard Road 6 line, the tire manufacturer has introduced the Road 6 GT tire for grand touring class motorcycles.

The tires have a new tread design and optimized architecture. This allows for a 15% improvement in grip on wet roads and a 10% increase in lifespan compared to the previous Michelin Road 5 model.

The tires became available on January 1, 2022, and consist of six front and eight rear sizes for the Road 6 line, and one front and three rear sizes for the Road 6 GT line.
