Michelin adds size 445/95 R25 to the X-Crane 2 range

Following the first size 445/75 R 2.5, launched jointly with mobile crane manufacturer Spierings in summer 2024, Michelin is launching the Michelin X-Crane 2 tire in a new 445/95 R25 size.

The X-Crane 2 tire is designed for mobile and all-terrain cranes that operate both on roads and off roads, and boasts more than a decade of expertise from Michelin specialists and industry leaders, combining a carcass for civil engineering and a tread for truck tires.

Michelin claims that to reach the final version, it worked on numerous prototypes and conducted the most modern tests. As a result, according to the company, a tire was created that is "unmatched on the market".
