Maxxis made its debut in the World Rally Raid Championship
The company Maxxis celebrated its victory in its debut stage of the World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC) thanks to the success of the G-Rally Team, which used the new Maxxis Razr Raid+ off-road tires, specifically designed for rally competitions, including the "Dakar".
As the company notes, "success in W2RC confirms our unwavering commitment to expanding our horizons. Every race, every test, and every innovation contributes to ensuring the reliability of tires available to ordinary motorists".

The Razr Raid+ tire is based on the successful Razr XT and Razr Raid models, and its diagonal metal cord construction is designed to improve cornering stability and handling precision, while the tread pattern with increased blocks is designed to increase traction on sand, rocks, and hard ground, and the modified rubber compound in combination with additional cord layers enhances puncture resistance.
"In rally raids, conditions are constantly changing, and racing is really one of the most important tests for tires," said Rudy Versteeg, head of the Maxxis European Technical Center. "We are constantly learning, attending numerous competitions, compiling numerous reports, and trying to create the best and truly universal tires".

Maxxis Razr Raid+ tires are available for order in sizes with an outer diameter of 30 and 32 inches, and the stated price is 330 and 390 euros, respectively.
