Magna Tyres acquires South African company Tirepoint

The Magna Tyres Group has expanded its global presence through the acquisition of the South African tyre dealer network Tirepoint. With this acquisition, the number of Magna Tyres employees worldwide has exceeded 700 people. The company has declined to disclose the financial details of the deal.
