Linglong introduced new agricultural tires

The Linglong stand featured the new Linglong Spring Ultra Flex tire in size 900/60 R32, specifically designed for use on combine harvesters. The tire is made using VF (Very High Flexion) technology and can withstand loads 40% higher than standard radial tires of the same size, at the same pressure level. According to Linglong, the special tread pattern, elastic sidewalls, and flat tread crown have increased the length of the contact patch, improving pressure distribution and reducing soil compaction. Additionally, the reinforced carcass allows the tires to withstand high loads without reducing speed, and the shoulder area design has been optimized to enhance durability when driving on stubble.

The second new product was the Linglong FL300 flotation tire for large agricultural equipment, including trailers. The increased contact patch provides ground protection, and the tread pattern is designed to provide high traction and rapid self-cleaning, combined with optimal load capacity. Furthermore, the shoulder lugs with rounded edges improve maneuverability, and the reinforced sidewall and tread structure make the tires versatile and suitable for use on all types of soil, as well as on roads. The tires are available in three sizes: 500/60 R22.5, 560/60 R22.5, and 560/45 R22.5.

According to Jean-Paul Speeker, Sales and Marketing Director of Linglong's specialized tire division in Europe, at the TTC 2024 exhibition, the company aimed to show that "we are not just another Chinese tire manufacturer". "In a number of tests, our tires have outperformed competitors' products in terms of traction, braking distance, and fuel efficiency," he said. "This confirms our commitment to quality, which, combined with competitive prices, makes our offer attractive to both equipment manufacturers and distributors in the passenger car, truck, agricultural, construction, and other specialized tire segments".
