Kumho became the official tire supplier of TCR Europe

The company Kumho has been chosen as the official tire supplier for the TCR Europe racing series, starting from 2022.

The tire manufacturer will supply teams with ECSTA S700 and ECSTA W701 tires. As part of the supply agreement, Kumho will also supply its products to TCR Spain, TCR Eastern Europe, and TCR Denmark.

The TCR series, first launched in 2015, features production touring cars with 2.0-liter turbocharged engines producing up to 350 horsepower. The competitions are organized by World Sporting Consulting (WSC) and comply with FIA regulations.

"We are looking forward to starting our partnership with Kumho this season," commented Paulo Ferreira, promoter of TCR Europe.
