Tyrefix company buys C&S Tyres

Tyrefix company has completed the deal to acquire C&S Tyres Limited, which provides tire repair services for heavy off-road vehicles in the earthmoving, waste and recycling markets. The deal was completed on November 16, 2023.

According to Tyrefix representatives, "the merger of the two companies has further strengthened Tyrefix's offering and is the second acquisition completed under Literacy Capital’s management".
