Kommersant named the best tire brand of the year

Gislaved has become the winner in the nomination "Best Tire Brand" of the first annual "Choice of Kommersant" award, which is awarded by experts of the Kommersant Publishing House, representatives of government agencies and the "Russian business elite" taking into account not only consumer characteristics of products, but also the "economic, cultural and technological context of brand development", the press service of "Cordiant" reported.

Currently, the Gislaved brand is represented on the Russian market by 11 models, six of which are designed for the summer segment, and the coverage of the country's car fleet is 90%. Tires are produced at plants in Kaluga and Ulyanovsk, formerly owned by Continental and Bridgestone, respectively, and in the summer season of 2026, two new tires were introduced: Gislaved ActiveControl for sports driving enthusiasts and EcoControl with improved economy and durability. By the end of the year, the first 22-inch tire - the studded winter Gislaved One W will be released.

 "The victory in the Kommersant award is a recognition of the advanced technical characteristics of our products and a confirmation of the significance of the Gislaved brand for the premium segment of the market," said Dmitry Gorbachev, General Director of the Cordiant holding. - We apply advanced practices, set trends and respond to the current requests of car owners.
