How Non-Premium Passenger Tire Prices Have Changed

In the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAII), they analyzed data on the average cost of non-premium passenger tires in the Russian market and reported that in January-February, prices changed by 1%, with winter tires becoming cheaper and summer tires becoming more expensive. 

If we compare with February 2024, the average cost of non-premium winter tires increased from 8.7 to 9.6 thousand rubles, and the prices for summer tires increased from 10.6 to 10.7 thousand rubles, which means they practically did not change. The peak price growth in both segments occurred in September 2024.
