Personnel reshuffle at Ikon Tyres

On January 1, 2025, Anatoly Antipov, previously deputy director for production and technical support, was appointed executive director of Ikon Tyres (which includes LLC "Aikon Shina" and LLC "Aikon Tyres"). Dmitry Shmarov, previously executive director of LLC "Aikon Shina", took the post of sales director of the "Tire business" business direction of "Tatneft", which includes Ikon, reports "Delovoy Kvartal" citing Abn.Agency.

On December 1, 2024, Alexander Ustavshikov, previously executive director of LLC "Aikon Tyres" and production and technical support director of the "Tire business" business direction of "Tatneft", took the post of director of the Tengri Tyres plant in Kazakhstan.

“These personnel changes complete the process of restructuring and formation of the management teams of Ikon Tyres and the ‘Tire business’ business direction” — the company commented, adding that “the work experience of the majority of employees is over 10 years, which indicates the stability of the team”.
