JK Tyre increases tyre production capacity

JK Tyre & Industries continues to gain momentum. The company intends to significantly increase its passenger car tire production capacity. During a phone call about earnings this month, Managing Director Anshuman Singhania confirmed that the tire maker's board of directors has approved a $68 million expansion of PCR capacity at its Bantmore plant (India).

Such investments will allow the company to increase car tire production capacity by 3 million units.
