Ikon Tyres launches budget brand
Ikon Tyres has announced a major update to its product range, with the company set to enter the economy segment with a new brand called Credo, created, according to the tire manufacturer, in response to the "growing demand for high-quality budget products".
The Ikon portfolio already includes the Autograph and Character brands, which belong to the higher and middle price segments, respectively, while the Credo tires, according to the company, "combine reliability, restrained design and engineering rationality at an affordable price".
Information about the new brand's lineup will be available soon, and the Suncore and Sunmode tires, as well as their SUV versions, have already passed certification.
Ikon Tyres will also start working in the All-Terrain segment, and the first tire in this category has been named Ikon Magnetar, with the company saying it will be a "complex technological product with high operational characteristics in difficult off-road conditions, meeting the current demands of car enthusiasts".
Another novelty will be the Ikon Autograph Ultra 5 - the first UHP tire developed by Ikon itself (i.e., the pattern was not copied from Nokian tires), which will also be available in a version for crossovers and SUVs - Ikon Autograph Ultra 5 SUV.
"We continue to focus on innovation, quality, and a deep understanding of the needs of car enthusiasts. Each launch is the result of our expertise, accumulated over 20 years," the company emphasizes.
