Hankook partners with Rescale to accelerate the creation of digital tire twins

To accelerate its digital transformation, Hankook Tire has partnered with Rescale, a provider of high-performance cloud computing simulation platforms. The computing resources are scalable, and the platform can enhance R&D workflows based on multi-cloud computing.

Given the complex structure and characteristics of tires, data-based simulation is considered an integral part of the R&D process. The use of new technologies will enable the tire manufacturer to process complex calculations at high speed, enhancing work in the field of engineering modeling.
