Hankook has signed an agreement with Vaculug, a retreading company

Hankook has signed a five-year agreement for the production of Hankook Alphatread retreaded tires in the UK. The tire manufacturer wants to expand the Alphatread brand as part of its strategy for commercial vehicle tire production. 

Vaculug is one of the largest independent retreaders in Europe, which first partnered with Hankook back in 2018. The retreader will also work with Hankook products as a premium fitment for all its fleets.
