In 2024, Yokohama Rubber increased its revenue by 11.1% to 1.095 trillion yen (7.2 billion dollars), and annual sales exceeded one trillion yen for the first time in the history of the Japanese tire manufacturer. Profits in all categories were also record-breaking, with operating profit growing by 18.7% to 790 million dollars, and net profit by 11.4% to 490 million dollars.

Yokohama pointed out that the growth in financial indicators is associated with the success of the company's activities aimed at increasing sales volumes in physical terms, optimizing prices, and increasing sales of passenger car tires with a diameter of 18 inches and above. Additionally, the subsidiary Y-TWS, which produces tires for special equipment, made a contribution to the increase in profits, and the weakening of the yen also had a positive effect.

In 2025, Yokohama plans to increase its revenue by 11.4% to 8 billion dollars, and the projected growth in operating and net profit is 10.8% and 8.8%, respectively.
