Gislaved has prepared two novelties for the next summer season
"Cordiant" continues to update the Gislaved brand lineup, and not so long ago, three new winter tires were released under the brand: studded IceControl and SpikeControl, as well as the friction ArcticControl with tread patterns from products of companies Bridgestone and Continental, whose Russian factories are now part of the holding - and by the next summer season, the models ActiveControl and EcoControl were prepared.
The tread patterns of the summer novelties were "inherited" from Bridgestone tires, but this time they were not copied, but modified by Cordiant specialists, which, as the company reported, allowed improving certain operational characteristics of the tires. So, the ActiveControl tire received a significantly modified design from the Bridgestone Alenza 001 model, presented in 2016, and the name and checkered flag on the sidewalls indicate that the novelty is intended for fans of fast driving. The installation batch has already been released to the market, and the tires are available for purchase in a range of sizes with a diameter from 16 to 19 inches.

In turn, for EcoControl, the tread pattern of the Bridgestone Ecopia EP300 tire, released in 2017, was modified. This Gislaved model is designed for a more mass market, and sizes from 14 to 19 inches have been put on sale, and the target group of consumers is those who prefer a calm driving style, while the ability to help save fuel is likely to be preserved as well.

All the details about the new Gislaved tires will appear closer to the next summer season.
