Francesco Tanzi returns to Pirelli as the corporation's CEO

At the first meeting of the Board of Directors following the upcoming Pirelli shareholders' meeting, the candidate for the role of CEO, Andrea Casaluci, will propose a new corporate general management structure that will report to him. He will propose this structure in coordination with the current Executive Vice President and CEO, Marco Tronchetti Provera, and will propose to assign this role to the former CFO, Francesco Tanzi, who will return to the Pirelli Group after an almost two-year absence.
