Formula Rosso is Pirelli's summer novelty

Pirelli has released new summer tires Formula Rosso on the Russian market, belonging to the mid-price segment. As is often the case with second-line brands, the tread pattern was borrowed from tires under the manufacturer's main brand, and this time the design was taken from the Pirelli Cinturato Rosso model, presented on the Japanese market in 2022.

The tires have an asymmetric pattern, the distinctive feature of which is a scale-like design of the blocks in the central section, which improves the smoothness of force transmission, reducing vibrations and increasing the level of acoustic comfort. The same purpose is served by the through grooves in the tread ribs, while the transverse channels with varying depth in the shoulder zones accelerate water drainage and reduce the risk of aquaplaning.

New Formula tires are available for purchase in sizes with a diameter from 17 to 21 inches.
