Fleeca India aims to bridge the gender gap in the tyre industry

Fleeca India Pvt Ltd, a tire management company, is working towards empowering women in the tire industry. This is an initiative aimed at empowering women and supporting their careers in the automotive, logistics, and fleet industries.

According to a report by the McKinsey Global Institute, "only 25% of India's workforce are women". The same is true for the automotive industry.

The automotive industry has long been perceived as male-dominated, leading to a significant underrepresentation of women in the profession. Lack of awareness, diversity of production across various sectors, and limited access to training programs have all contributed to these myths and underrepresentation.

Now, Fleeca is placing a huge emphasis on empowering women and working to bridge the gender gap in its workforce. Fleeca's mission is to empower and inspire girls and women to gain a deeper understanding of the tire industry, access tools and training, and consider a career in tire management.
