Falken is set to participate in the 2015 VLN racing series
The Falken Tyre Europe team will once again participate in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring Nordschleife this year and plans to improve its performance with the same car and the same team as last year. Recall that last time the team took 4th place.
The tire manufacturer's car is the Porsche 911 GT3 R. The driver team includes Peter Dumbreck, Wolf Henzler, Alexandre Imperatori, and Martin Ragginger. This year, as in the previous one, the drivers will participate in the VLN championship series and the popular ADAC 24 race. Last year, the drivers on the Porsche covered 3,985 km, conceding only to three other teams.
Speaking about the prospects, the team manager noted that the main thing is team spirit and reliable branded tires. According to Sven Schnebel, Falken Motorsports has both. So the team is seriously aiming for victory, and for now, the drivers are busy training.
