The EC has approved Yokohama Rubber's acquisition of TWS
On March 24, the European Commission granted Yokohama Rubber unconditional antitrust clearance for the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Trelleborg Wheel Systems.
The UK's Competition and Markets Authority is currently reviewing the proposed acquisition and will announce its decision shortly.
