Continental equips Dacia Duster with tires
For the factory equipment of the Dacia Duster crossover of the third generation, three tire models from Continental were approved: the eco-friendly summer EcoContact 6 Q, the all-season AllSeasonContact, and the CrossContact RX, capable of handling moderate off-road conditions, which are supplied in sizes with a rim diameter of 16, 17, and 18 inches.
The Continental EcoContact 6 Q tires are manufactured using a special rubber compound that increases energy efficiency, making them a good choice for the Duster with a hybrid powertrain, and the manufacturer assures that rolling resistance has been reduced without compromising safety or comfort, and the compound not only makes the tires more economical but also slows down their wear.

The Continental AllSeasonContact model is also optimized to reduce energy consumption, with the company emphasizing that the tires can provide fuel savings and increase the electric range when driving on electric power, regardless of temperature and weather conditions. Additionally, in regions with mild winters, the tires can be used year-round, eliminating the need to purchase a second set.

In turn, the Continental CrossContact RX tires were specifically designed for heavy crossovers and SUVs and are intended for the OE segment, with their key features, according to the manufacturer, being an increased level of comfort and reliable traction on both dry and wet surfaces.

All three tires have been homologated for the Duster in sizes 215/65 R17 and 215/60 R18, and the CrossContact RX also in size 215/70 R16.
