Ceat Acquires Michelin's Camso Tire and Track Business

CEAT and Michelin have entered into a definitive agreement wherein Ceat will acquire from Michelin the off-highway tire and track business of Camso for $225 million. The deal includes a business that generated revenue of around $213 million in 2023, as well as "global ownership of the Camso brand and two modern manufacturing facilities".
