BRZ released the 6 millionth tire

The Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi (BRZ) plant, located in the "Angren" free economic zone (Uzbekistan), has produced its 6-millionth tire, according to UzDaily.

The plant, with a design capacity of 3 million passenger and 200,000 agricultural tires per year, was launched in 2019 and remains the only tire production facility in the country. The anniversary tire was the summer tire Bars UZ200 (the tread pattern is taken from the Green-Max HP010 model of the Chinese Linglong, which acted as a licensor), designed for the mass segment and supplied both for the secondary market and for the equipment of cars assembled in Uzbekistan, including the budget crossover Kia Sonet.

Bars UZ200 has a tread pattern with three central ribs consisting of diamond-shaped blocks, designed to provide high traction, including in difficult weather conditions, and the manufacturer adds that the tires are distinguished by increased wear resistance, while a special rubber compound reduces rolling resistance.

BRZ continues to expand its range, and not so long ago, such models as the summer Bars Solarflexx and the all-season Timeflexx T were presented, developed by specialists from the company Ikon Tyres, which combined production facilities in Russia (in Vsevolozhsk), Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan (Tengri Tyres).
