Bridgestone has become a partner of the motorcycle racing simulator Ride 6
As part of the ongoing collaboration with video game developer and publisher Milestone, Bridgestone tires have been added to the motorcycle racing simulator Ride 6, which was released on February 12. The companies have collaborated in the past during the creation of the fourth and fifth installments of Ride, and thanks to the new dual physics system, gamers will be able to fully appreciate the effectiveness and durability of Bridgestone's premium tires, which they possess in the real world, noted the tire manufacturer.
Bridgestone has been successfully involved in motorcycle racing for many years, including the Endurance World Championship (EWC), and the company notes that tire traction and durability are an integral part of the gameplay in Ride 6, and just like in reality, it is necessary to monitor tire wear, adapt to changing conditions, and make strategic decisions, that is, tires have a significant impact on progress in the game.
According to Nico Thuy, head of the motorcycle tire division at Bridgestone in the EMEA region, "Ride 6 is currently the most realistic and large-scale part of the series, which makes the game an ideal platform for demonstrating our extensive range of motorcycle tires and their characteristics."
One of the innovations in Ride 6 is the career mode Ride Fest, which includes the Bridgestone Challenge segment, giving the opportunity to test Japanese brand tires on various surfaces in several disciplines, from track racing to endurance competitions. In addition, Bridgestone is for the first time an official sponsor of the Riding School training section, where players can improve their skills.

Ride 6 also features two of the latest Bridgestone tires from the Battlax line, both of which were released this year: the Racing Battlax V03, a flagship slick model developed exclusively for the racing track and designed to improve lap times, as well as the Battlax Racing Street RS12, a road sports tire that surpasses all civilian models in the Battlax family in terms of traction on dry pavement. The simulator also features off-road racing, so players can choose Bridgestone tires for enduro, such as the Battlax AdventureCross AX41. In addition, the Battlax Adventure Trail AT41, Racing Battlax W01, and Battlax Hypersport S23 tires are available.
