Bridgestone received the Prince Michael Award for its road safety program
Established in 1987, the Prince Michael International Road Safety Award recognizes innovation and achievement in improving road safety both in the UK and around the world. Bridgestone Corporation was awarded the honor for its Bridgestone Road Safety Program (BSRP) and received the award at the annual awards ceremony held on December 10 at The Savoy hotel in London.
Prince Michael presented the award to Paul Chew, Director of Human Resources responsible for HR and CSR at Bridgestone Asia Pacific, India, China (BSAPIC), and May Ling Tan, Director of CSR at BSAPIC.
