Belshina to increase supplies to Egypt

JSC "Belshina" took part in the Belarusian-Egyptian business forum, which was held in Minsk as part of a visit to the country by a delegation headed by the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Egypt, Mohamed Farid Saleh. About 150 representatives of business from the two countries took part in the forum, and the managers of "Belshina" and the company from Egypt signed an agreement on the supply of products, reports "Shinnik".

According to Danil Alalykin, the leading specialist in foreign economic activity of the export sales department of the product implementation management of "Belshina", the company has been actively working in the Egyptian market since the early 2000s, but the coronavirus pandemic and the geopolitical situation that developed after it "significantly reduced the intensity of economic ties". Thus, the new agreements "are actually a restart, a new impetus for the development of partnership relations, which are interesting and important for both parties".

The agreement was signed for a long-term period, and the corporate publication of "Belshina" notes that "as representatives of a country with a developed agricultural sector, Egyptian partners show priority interest in the agricultural segment of our company's products. The agreement also provides for the supply of passenger and truck tires".
