Belshina develops cooperation with Chinese partners

From September 10-12, the company "Belshina" was visited by a working group from the University of Science and Technology of Qingdao (China), and during the visit, the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the characteristics of Bobruisk tires was launched.

In May 2024, the parties agreed to cooperate in the field of technology for the production of passenger, truck, and giant tires (GT), digital tire design, and raw material support, and this time "an experimental laying of thermocouples using the CMEA-1000 device was carried out for test vulcanization of the 46/90 R57 tire".

It is reported that Chinese specialists provided four recipes for rubber compounds of heat- and cut-resistant tread, under-tread layer, and breaker for the 46/90 R57 tire size, as well as "technological techniques and modes of rubber mixing".

A decision was also made to sign contracts for work on two projects related to improving the characteristics of the 46/90 R57 tire size, as well as for "providing technical services for passenger, truck, and GT tires". The main goal of the work on GT and truck tires will be to improve their quality and resource, and for passenger tires - to reduce their cost.

On September 17, the "Belshina" delegation left for a return visit to China.
