Belshina celebrates its 50th anniversary

The Belarusian automobile tire manufacturer "Belshina" is celebrating its half-century anniversary today.

On December 31, 1971, the first Belarusian tire was created at the experimental site of the mechanical production block. It was specially made for a 27-ton truck of the "BelAZ" brand. This pre-New Year's event served as a remarkable beginning of success for the enterprise, which would later become the flagship of the tire industry of the Republic of Belarus.
